Great Compendium!

The author provides some interesting insights to the parshiot, taken from Midrash and sefarim that are familiar, but also some Meforshim the average lay person doesn't get to read very often. He uses a "conversational" tone which adds to the attraction of the text. There were some parts that were in Hebrew only, which threw some folks not familiar with the "loshen", but for the most part it is a very readable and understandable work. Right now, I only have Sefer Shemot, but I am looking forward to the rest of the series.
