Jewish Girls Around the World book series

These are fantastic books for our daughters. They teach Jewish and world history, mitzvot and middot, and are fun to read aloud (sometimes giving voice to the characters in the appropriate foreign accent). The mystery in each book is well written, and we hunt for clues as we read and discuss together, and heroine always touches our hearts.

Another great book

The author does a fantastic job of making the reader feel like they're right there with Esther.

Part of a great series

Our family loves these books by Miriam Walfish. The series about each girl builds one upon another and they're even interwoven throughout the various time period she writes of. Everyone from our 4 year old up to our 11 year old enjoys hearing/reading these.
